Microsoft recommends going through the Outlook app to get to the store:

In Outlook, click Home -> Store (or Add-ins) on the ribbon.
On the Add-Ins for Outlook page, search for Citrix Files.

When Citrix Files displays, slide the toggle from Off to On.
